Our goal is to send out orders within one working day. Orders made on a Friday (after 12 PM), Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays and peak periods). During peak periods, we strive to dispatch your order within 48 hours.

Please double-check the accuracy of the shipping address provided. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses can lead to delays in your order.

How long does delivery take?

Anticipate receiving your package within 2-4 working days (excluding bank holidays). For Northern Ireland and Highlands and Islands, there might be an additional day.

Tracked 24’s name doesn’t guarantee arrival within 24 hours; it’s Royal Mail’s terminology. Estimated delivery takes a couple of working days post-dispatch.

Similarly, Tracked 48’s name isn’t indicative of a 48-hour delivery; it’s a Royal Mail term.

Unforeseen courier-related delays can sometimes occur, beyond our control. Please contact us for any issues.

How it Works


  • You’ve got 14 days from the day your order arrives to decide.

  • Items need to be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Just keep your order number or receipt handy.

Easy Returns


  1. Drop us a message at customerservice@slicegolfballs.co.uk within 14 days.

  2. We’ll send you the return details.

  3. Pop the item back in the post.


    If the product is faulty or we sent the wrong thing, we’ll cover the return shipping. Otherwise, you just pay for the return postage.


Refunds


  • Once we get your items back and check them over, we’ll sort your refund.

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs aren’t refunded unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Wrong Items

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered — that’s on us. Let us know within 14 days and we’ll fix it with a replacement or full refund, plus we’ll cover all the shipping.
